Couples planning their wedding can win a free ceremony at a wedding fayre hosted by Dudley Registrars on Saturday 10 October. The event runs from 11am to 3pm at the Thomas Robinson Building on Cemetery Road, Stourbridge.
The Grade II listed venue will be open for visitors to explore the building, meet registrars and gather ideas for their wedding day. Dudley Registrars will be available throughout the event to answer questions, explain the marriage process and take ceremony bookings.
What to expect
Visitors will watch demonstration marriage ceremonies and learn about the options available to customise their wedding day. Wedding-related exhibitors will display and provide information on services including wedding cars, flowers, photography and wedding stationery.
Prize draw
Couples attending can enter a free prize draw to win a wedding ceremony at the Thomas Robinson Building. The winning couple will be drawn at 3pm by the Deputy Mayor of Dudley.
Councillor Ed Lawrence, cabinet member for transformation, said the fayre offers couples an opportunity to explore the venue and get inspiration, with registrars and exhibitors on hand to offer advice.
More information on Dudley registration services is available on Dudley Council's website.
